  1. Macro Global Situation and Strategy
    Overview of key driving forces of change, and what organizations must to do to prepare.
  2. Emerging Technology Trends
    Quantum computing, blockchain, and AI are already introducing fundamental change in how the economy functions, and it’s essential for senior leaders to recognize the emerging patterns so that they can respond effectively.
  3. Business Model Innovation
    The macro changes and emerging technologies are threatening existing business models and enabling new business models. It’s imperative for leaders to understand these patterns, and to understand the tool that “business model innovation” provides to them.
  4. Branding
    The new business models in turn have significant consequences for branding and brand management. What is the latest thinking in brand management? Learn about the Brand Bridge framework, developed by global branding guru Jerome Conlon (ex. Nike & Starbucks).
  5. Agile Innovation Master Plan
    To create a systematic process for innovation in your organization you must have a reliable framework. The Agile Innovation Master Plan will help you understand the key steps to implementation (and you’ll also receive a copy of the book).
