Meet the New Global Standard for Innovation Management

ISO 56000 is the new global standard for Innovation Management, currently being developed by an international team consisting of representatives from 60 countries.

Langdon Morris of InnovationLabs as a member of the team representing the US, so we have full visibility into the contents and importance of this new standard.

We think that it may have nearly the importance of ISO 9000, which had massive impact on global supply chains. When ISO 9000 was published, the major firms and governments quickly required all their suppliers to become ISO 9000 certified, and the same thing may happen with ISO 56000.

This new standard will be finalized and published in 2021 and 2022, and will provide guidance and a certification framework for firms that want to assure that they are using the most current innovation methods and principles.

All InnovationLabs services and documents are already fully aligned to ISO 56000 standards. We will offer a complete program of audits, certifications, and trainings as soon as the ISO 56000 documentation has been completed.
