For more than 20 years Langdon Morris has led the innovation consulting practice of InnovationLabs LLC, where he is a senior partner and co-founder.  His work focuses on developing and applying advanced methods in innovation and strategy to solve complex problems with very high levels of creativity.  

He is recognized as one the world’s leading thinkers and consultants on innovation, and his original and ground-breaking work has been adopted by corporations and universities on every continent to help them improve their innovation processes and the results they achieve.

He create the renowned online innovation training course, Innovation Mastery, consisting of more than 25 hours of expert content to help individuals and organization to master the innovation process to create competitive advantage.

His breakthrough white paper, Business Model Warfare is a landmark in the field, and is used as a standard reference at universities and corporations worldwide.  His book Fourth Generation R&D, coauthored with William L. Miller, is considered a classic in the field of R&D management, and his more recent works Agile Innovation, The Innovation Master Plan and Permanent Innovation are recognized among the leading innovation books of the last 10 years.

He is formerly Senior Practice Scholar at the Ackoff Center of the University of Pennsylvania.

He has taught MBA courses in innovation and strategy at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (France) and Universidad de Belgrano (Argentina), and has lectured at universities on 4 continents, including Chaoyang University of Technology (Taiwan), Conservatoire Nationale des Arts et Métiers (France), University of Colorado, University of North Carolina, and Rochester Institute of Technology (USA), and Shanghai Jao Tong University (China).

Betty DHAMERS

Betty has been leading large transformation projects to develop systemic solutions through the use of collaborative ways of working for a wide variety of clients throughout Europe.  Recent clients include Airbus, where she has been working with the engineering leadership on transformative projects for many years, as well Bulgari, UNICEF, and BNP Paribas.

Betty specializes in creative problem solving, accelerated solution building and the design of collaborative coaching and training programs.  Born and raised in Belgium, with a background in Political Sciences and International Relations, Betty is tri-lingual in Dutch, English, French, and is based in Paris.


Arthur LOK

Trained as a physician at China’s prestigious Fudan University, Arthur Lok is co-founder of the China Institute of Innovation (CII), a leading innovation training and consulting firm based in Shanghai, with operations also in Beijing and Shenzen.  A certified facilitator, trainer and consultant, he leads projects for CII with global multinationals and Chinese firms.  He is a certified trainer by TCSFEA, Training Center Of State Administration Of Foreign Experts Affairs, to deliver the Certified Innovation Professional and Certified Chief Innovation Officer Programs in China. He has rich experience in facilitating innovation and collaboration sessions.

 Isa Olmstead is a project manager and collaborative process facilitator with 15+ years experience helping organizations solve for critical business needs through strategic visioning, innovation, organizational design, transformation management, and executive alignment.  Over the years she has worked with boutique and global consulting companies on hundreds of collaborative workshops, helping groups wrestle with the many and varied challenges of today’s world.   Isa thrives on all things diverse, and considers herself lucky to have found work that is never dull, always different, and surrounds her with fun, creative people.  Victoria Garza has more than 16 years of experience in the integration of visual communications and information design with the innovative field of business collaboration and acceleration. She has worked with Capgemini, KPMG, and PwC’s Experience Center as a multimedia manager and solution designer. She has also worked with cutting edge companies that are thought leaders in innovation, such as InnovationLabs and FutureLab.  She has worked across all industries and sectors, from health care to energy to finance.  She holds an M.A in Media Theory, History and Criticism and an M.F.A in Film and Media Production from New York University, and rounds out her business communication skills with years of experience creating and developing both documentaries and narrative films in New York and Los Angeles. 


Dallas HALLAM

Dallas Hallam has more than two decades of experience in the media arts. After receiving a degree in Cinema from the University of Iowa, Dallas moved to Los Angeles where he crafted films and videos from the ground up.  He also works in the field of business transformation communication with firms in health care, energy, and digital communication through animations, thought leadership videos, podcasts, infographics, and documentaries, working with business leaders to craft messages that engage, inform and help to guide change. 


Judy CHANG

WRITTEN and VISUAL COMMUNICATIONS

Judy is a multi-disciplinary, creative communications specialist. Her expertise in delivering strategic, high impact visuals has helped clients win significant assignments. Judy also provides facilitation support for business transformation and solutioning sessions. In this capacity she has the opportunity to apply her skills in design, illustration, photography, and writing. Mark is an experienced graphic designer based in the Philippines and has worked on various creative fields including games, comics, illustration, graphic design and animation.  Mark did the awesome illustrations for the Africa version of our polio comic book for UNICEF.

Moses MA

SYSTEM ARCHITECT and FUTURELAB CHAIRMAN

Moses Ma  is a remarkable business visionary who has been praised in Time Magazine, the New York Times and many other publications.  He has enjoyed a rich and diverse professional life spanning academia, science, technology, philosophy and business at the forefront of many exciting technologies.  A legendary game designer who created two of the world’s best selling computer games, including SpectreVR, which literally invented the category of networked games, he built an uncapitalized software startup into the 97th largest, 7th fastest growing, and 11th most profitable in the country.  He also co-developed with IBM the first specification for universal identity on the Internet, and at the CommerceNet thinktank he invented the concept of eMarkets and helped to establish the foundational guidelines for the semantic Web. He is also an innovation consultant who has helped companies to increase innovativeness and creativity.  After earning his BS and MS degrees in physics from Cal Tech, he abandoned academia mid-thesis to answer the call of Silicon Valley.  He is co-author of Agile Innovation and Soulful Branding, and author of The Agile Innovation Workbook.

Dr. Po Chi WU

SENIOR BUSINESS LEADER

 Dr. Po Chi Wu is formerly Adjunct Professor with joint appointments in the School of Business and Management and the School of Business at the Hong Kong  University of Science & Technology.  A highly successful international venture capitalist and entrepreneur, he has lived and worked both in the United States and in Asia, and brings a unique perspective and the rich context of more than 30 years of experience and insight into the challenges of innovation and entrepreneurship. Co-founder and Managing Director of DragonBridge Capital, an investment advisory firm that focused on early-stage technology-focused companies in China, he was also co-founder and President of Allegro Capital in Silicon Valley.  He earned his Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Princeton University.  His family includes several generations of illustrious scholars – his great grand-father was a Hanlin Scholar in the Ching Dynasty, his father retired from the Presidency of the Academia Sinica in Taiwan at the age of 88, and was known as “The Father of Modern Physics in China.”


Dr. Rutu MULKAR-MEHTA

 Dr. Rutu Mulkar-Mehta is a professor at Northeastern University in Seattle and is the founder and CEO of Ticary Solutions – a Natural Language Processing based consultancy in Seattle. She has extensive experience and expertise in Information Extraction, Topic Modeling, Recommender Systems, Word Semantics, and Machine Learning. She has worked in industries including

healthcare, social media, email, marketing, amongst others. 

Rutu started out as a Computer Engineer and later got her Masters and Doctorate in Computer Science from University of Southern California (USC). She was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the San Diego

Supercomputer Center, at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and has worked with several startups and government agencies through the years.


Dr. Scott MINNEMAN

TECHNOLOGY ARCHITECT

Dr. Scott Minneman is an Interaction Design professor at the California College of the Arts within the three-pronged (Graphic Design, ID, & IxD) Graduate Design program that prepares students for practicing User Experience, Design Research, Interaction Design and other roles in the burgeoning design field.  His primary teaching focus is on the studio and thesis track, with course offerings that apply design skills to real-world problems, working with actual stakeholders in the community, and speculative design. Students learn and apply skills in screen design, branding, human-computer interaction, physical computing, prototyping, user studies, business analysis, and more.
